Today and yesterday was baking and chocolate madness! For our anniversary, I made Matt’s favorite pumpkin cheesecake. We also made chocolate caramel cookies with sea salt on top and snickerdoodles. Then we went upstairs and made dark chocolate and milk chocolate truffles and the most heavenly candy ever – these pretzel peanut butter bites dipped in dark chocolate. Everything is so tasty and we are well stocked with sugar for the next week. Who am I kidding? I still have to make gingerbread cookies for Santa on Christmas Eve. Guess we better put toothbrushes on the Christmas list. Let me know if you want the recipes.
